Power Marketing for Attorneys is a 3 CD, 12 session audio series that talks about how to market your personal injury law firm. Although it was originally created a few years back, it is still sold at outlets throughout the country.

At the request of some of her customers/clients Cindy is currently working on a companion series, Power Marketing for Attorneys Volume II. In the first series Cindy developed a program of tactics and strategies designed specifically to significantly increase the bottom line. Cindy Speaker began her legal career in 1994 as the Marketing Director for a multi state personal injury law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, with additional offices in New York City and Washington, DC and affiliates nationwide.

In 1999 she authored the 3 hour audio CD series "Power Marketing for Attorneys" and as a result of that project she began speaking to and consulting for PI firms throughout the US. Cindy is best known for her statistical analysis of the cost per call, cost per case and conversion ratios associated with various advertising strategies and case types. Through her quantitative research she has been able to project and predict return on investment so that a law firm is equipped to make informed decisions regarding the allocation of their marketing budget and resources.

Cindy focuses her work primarily on marketing strategies aimed at growing relationships, leveraging technology and building systems. Her ultimate goal for her clients is to help them generate a consistent stream of referrals.

She travels and speaks to attorney groups nationwide and is the President of Speaker Media & Marketing. Cindy is also a marketing advisor, coach and consultant to some of the largest and most successful personal injury law firms in the United States.
